This proposed new residential development was to enhance the local area and the current site was derelict. This layout combined apartment and house design promoting the corner of the property with the sounding space uses for soft and hard landscape.

The proposed design for the residential development will add to the overall character of the area and create architecture that fits into the overall area in terms of massing and scale. The materials were aimed to fit in with the local vernacular and complement existing designs and styles.
